Anchal Saxena

After completing his engineering from IIT Bombay in 2008 (B.Tech. & M.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering), Anchal Saxena joined his father’s group which was principally in the infrastructure construction space. He was responsible for his group’s foray in healthcare when they opened their own 150 bedded hospital in Delhi and planned diversifications in various fields. He was responsible for the acquisition of the RE/MAX India license for India for 20 years where with his co-founder Aditya Aggarwal who is also the CEO of RE/MAX India, they are together taking the company to new horizons. As the Chairman of RE/MAX India, Anchal Saxena is a distinguished leader and visionary in the real estate industry. With an illustrious career spanning over 16 years, Anchal has played a pivotal role in transforming the real estate landscape in India, combining strategic insight with a deep commitment to innovation and excellence.

Anchal is known for his visionary leadership and ability to foresee market trends. His philosophy is cantered around innovation, adaptability, and sustainability. He has been a driving force in integrating advanced technologies and digital platforms into real estate operations, enhancing efficiency and customer experience. Other than taking RE/MAX India to new levels in India, Anchal is also responsible for the extension of the network to various other countries like UAE etc.
