Dr. Manoj Shah is a distinguished pediatric gastroenterologist with over four decades of experience in the medical field. He is currently an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, California, and has previously held the role of Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology and Nutrition at the same institution.
Dr. Shah earned his MD in Pediatrics from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India, and went on to complete his residency in Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri. He is board-certified in Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition and has made significant contributions to his field through research, teaching, and clinical practice.
Over his illustrious career, Dr. Shah has held multiple leadership roles, including serving as the Medical Director of the Gastroenterology Laboratory at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital. His expertise spans across the USA, having worked at renowned institutions such as St. Louis University School of Medicine and the University of Illinois College of Medicine.
Dr. Shah has also been actively involved in medical organizations, including the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition (NASPGHAN), the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI). His leadership extends to non-medical organizations as well, having served as President of the India Association of Inland Empire and Chair of the West Zone for the Federation of Gujarati Associations of North America (FOGANA).
