Meena Kaviya

Meena Kaviya brings over two decades of leadership and innovation in social development, women’s empowerment, and entrepreneurship. Her impact spans leadership roles at the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), Committee engagements with the Government of Gujarat, and faculty positions at prominent institutions like the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI), and the National Institute for Fashion Technology (NIFT).

Career Highlights:

• Chairperson of the Women Wing, GCCI: Meena played a pivotal role in creating platforms for women entrepreneurs, such as the Women Entrepreneurs Pavilion at the Vibrant Gujarat Summit Exhibition in 2013.
• Executive Committee Member for over a decade at GCCI: She has led key committees, including Business Women’s Wing, Industrial Policy, Textiles, and Apparels & Made-ups.
• President of the Gujarat Chapter, Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs (COWE).
• Director of Ayma Creations Pvt. Ltd.: Established in 2002, Meena expanded production capacities to 40,000 shirts per month, exporting to Europe and the Middle East while supplying major Indian brands.
